There are a few small parts that are not interchangeable, but things like barrels, slides, frames, and sights are interchangeable along with most of the internal components. Some Glock holsters will work with the Dagger, but it’s better to get a dedicated PSA ... You're correct in that the PSA Dagger™ Compact slide is a G19 gen3 slide. A G19 gen3 slide will run on a G19 gen5 frame. You need a G19 gen5 slide cover plate. Here are a few other considerations, Compact Dagger™ Slide on gen4 and gen5 Frame .
